www.farmlighting.ie reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, in the event of currency fluctuations and/or manufacturer's price alterations. Farm Lighting reserves the right to correct clerical errors or omissions on the website.

All illustrations/ images Catalogue are non-binding and subject to change in design, form and material. Up to date details can be checked when ordering, to avoid disappointment. Acceptance of the buyer's purchase order or any part thereof by Farm Lighting shall be signified by dispatch of the goods. If part only of the buyer's
purchase order is accepted, Farm Lighting shall not subsequently be obliged to dispatch any further part thereof. Partial deliveries are permitted and shall be paid separately. In the event that part of an order is not accepted the buyer should submit a new purchase order.
Payment
When paying by credit card via www.Farm Lighting.ie, all credit card numbers are processed through Stripe Secure Payment system. Farm Lighting does not have knowledge of nor store your credit card details. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. If you would like another payment method to be provided, please let us know.
Shipping
Only available on the Island of Ireland.
FARM LIGHTING shall pay packing and transport charges for all orders in excess of €100. For orders below €100 goods value, a charge of €7.00 will apply
FARM LIGHTING shall not be liable for damage or loss of goods in transit or for shortage on delivery unless notice in writing is given to FARM LIGHTING within 5 days of delivery of the goods.
In the event of non-delivery the customer must inform FARM LIGHTING within 3 days of the invoice date or advice of dispatch, otherwise no claim will be considered after this time.
Retention of title
The risk in the products passes to the purchaser upon delivery, but legal and beneficial ownership shall remain within FARM LIGHTING until full payment has been received or until prior resale, in which case FARM LIGHTING's beneficial entitlement shall attach to the proceeds of re-sale or the claim for such proceeds.
Return of Goods
Goods must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. They also must be in perfect merchandisable condition and capable of resale and be completely without defect. Any such damage or defect will totally cancel any obligation by the company for any refund whatsoever. Goods are returned at the sender's responsibility. FARM LIGHTING accepts no responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return transit. We advise that both certificates of postage and adequate insurance are sought.
Please Note: Special order items are not subject to this returns policy. FARM LIGHTING will not refund postage.
Warranty
All goods are supplied with the product manufacturer's warranty. Warranty covers goods supplied by Farm Lighting only and does not extend to items belonging to the purchaser stored or contained therein. No liability will be accepted under this
warranty unless the buyer notifies FARM LIGHTING in writing of any defects within 14 days from the date of delivery. FARM LIGHTING will at its option, replace or repair, free of charge, defective goods or any defective component. Beyond this, we accept no further liability.
The purchaser agrees to properly install products by engaging the services of persons qualified to undertake the installation.

Farm Lighting does not disclose your personal information to third parties under any circumstance. When ordering via www.Farm Lighting.ie �cookies� are used to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store delivery addresses.
