As summarised in the Farmers Journal, there are new braking, Lighting and Visibility and Weight dimension and coupling regulations. Driving with over 19 tonnes or at speeds in excess of 40 km/h? You now require authorization and speed discs. Tractors must have flashing beacons.
Failure to comply with regulations could be costly with fines upto Euro2500 and possible jailing.
